We are currently hiring experienced

- Field Service Technicians
- In-House Service Technicians

in our Mississauga Office:

1020 Brevik Place; Unit 2
Mississauga, Ontario
L4W 4N7 - Canada
Responsibilities :

Installing new machines in accordance with a fast paced rollout schedule
Performing preventative maintenance on all machines in your service area
Emergency on-site technical support for the GTA and southern Ontario
Covering other service areas as needed
Customer Equipment and Recipe training
Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electronic systems
Evaluation of finished product taste and appearance; Latte, Cappuccino, etc
Technical support of our national service partner network
Spare parts department management
Some evening, week-end and holiday on call is required

Requirements :

Technical degree required
Preferred candidate will have 2-3 years electro-mechanical experience
Previous field service experience required
Electronics, appliance technician or other related degree preferred
Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Skilled with the use of test instruments such as multimeters
Superior customer service skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to work independently and organize own activities
Must also be able to work as part of a team
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record
Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 60lbs
Experience in the coffee industry is helpful, but not required
Travel outside your service area as needed
