Warranties

Product Warranties: 

Some products sold by Supramatic come with a limited warranty provided by a third-party manufacturer or vendor. All merchandise which does not include a warranty by the manufacturer, vendor, or Supramatic is sold AS IS, without warranty. Supramatic makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with regard to the merchandise. Products which have been subject to misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident or modification and are not capable of being tested are excluded from any warranty by Supramatic.

Supramatic shall have no liability to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage arising out of or connected with the merchandise including, but limited to, any claim for incidental or consequential damages, regardless of any warranty included with the merchandise. Please refer to the manufacturer's or vendor's warranty included with the merchandise to determine the remedies available in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.

If it becomes necessary to return an item to Supramatic for warranty work or replacement, the buyer is responsible to return the item to us. Please follow the above product return policy.

Manufacturers Warranties:

Many specific products offered by Supramatic are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. A copy of a specific warranty, where one is offered by a warrantor, will be made available for inspection before sale. Call us for more detailed information. Items covered by such a warranty must be returned to the manufacturer as indicated on the accompanying warranty card.

Excluded from Warranties:

The warranty will not apply to any products if it has been misused, abused or altered. The warranty will also not apply to damage done by irregular water or power supply.  The grinding discs are not covered under this warranty if they are exposed to objects and particles other than coffee beans such as stones or already processed coffee grinds. The grinders will not process wet coffee beans. Do not store coffee beans in the refrigerator or freezer. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims if the product is not cleaned regularly with the original cleaning solvent or equivalent as described on the equipment and in the user manual. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as color fading of the housing or damage caused by nearby dishwashers or other steam producing equipment emitting moisture.

This warranty does not cover any regular maintenance and parts or labour such as replacing normal wear and tear parts (such as o-rings, valve gaskets and seals, group head gaskets and screens), cleaning, clogged steam wands, repairing external leaks or drainage problems as well as operator errors and replacing lost and damaged parts.

Excluded from Warranties due to Water Issues:

We do not offer any warranty for the equipment if it is supplied with  irregular water. The main water supply must be furnished with a water filter/softener and the hardness of the water should not exceed 50 ppm (3gpg). The water pressure is not to exceed 3 bar or 45 PSI. RO (reverse osmosis) systems may cause malfunctions and or corrosion to internal parts. Hard water will cause scale build up and mineral deposits inside parts. Replacing scaled up parts are not covered under warranty. Please consult with us first as this will result in none warranty related service calls!
