E6-MU - Overview

 

Marking a revolution in fresh, fast espresso technology, the E6Mu is the only self-service espresso/cappuccino machine that requires no cleaning of the milk delivery system. With patented gravity-fed milk, its foamer head and milk hose are designed for daily disposal. Made up of the E6 (espresso unit) and MU (milk unit), all milk steaming and frothing is done automatically and dispenses directly into the cup at the push of a button. Using fresh milk and whole beans, the E6-MU offers the ability to serve all the beverages typically found on a cafe menu without sacrificing quality.

E6-MU - Button Panel

With as little as one touch, the E6-MU's push-button operation makes it easy for anyone to make cafe quality cappuccinos or lattes. The Button Panel's flexibility allows for a wide variety of customization and menu options. Adding a second panel allows for further expansion since buttons can be dedicated to a variety of drinks ranging from regular espresso to milk-based offerings such as steamers and hot chocolate.

Duo  Bean Hoppers

The E6-MU's two separate Bean Hoppers each hold up to 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs.) of whole beans. The Hopper in the front is for regular espresso beans and the one in the back is for decaf beans. The machine grinds the beans freshly for each individual shot, creating the finest flavor in every cup. Dual integrated grinders make regular and decaf shots from the same machine.




E6-MU - Automation

With 1-step automation, the E6-MU delivers cappuccinos and lattes made with fresh milk and whole beans at the push of a button. Automated grinding, tamping and dispensing ensure consistent shot quality for the freshest taste possible. Shot parameters such as water quantity, extraction time, the amount of coffee to be ground, and the pre-brewing process can be set individually for custom flavor profiles to suit every taste. All milk steaming and frothing is done automatically and dispenses directly into the cup, delivering consistent temperature and texture every time. 

E6-MU - Milk Storage

The robust compressor-driven fridge, with a capacity of up to 10 liters (2.5 gal), can accommodate a variety of refillable milk storage systems ranging from standard dairy bags and off-the-shelf gallons to Bag-In-Box and refillable tanks.
